Completed - This has been fixed for a few hours now & we are showing traffic in all regions of the US & Canada. If you are not able to access then please retry once your ISP has updated the DNS.

Please remember that there is a delay in the dailyMaint process so the calculator may not have ran on all loans yet today, it'll be caught up by end of the day & resume normal completion times tomorrow.

Scheduled - AutoPal Software has completed its update of the services, however, this requires a DNS change which means that services will resume & come online as traffic is gradually routed the updated services in which the DNS routing is controlled by Customer's ISP. Over the next few minutes/hours as soon as you are able to see the software no longer in Maintenance mode then it means that you are operating on the upgraded system.

If you are seeing the Maintenance page then that means that your ISP has not yet been updated on the DNS traffic routing & please try back again in a few minutes/hours.

Please note that the dailyMaint process was delayed in running due to this service upgrade overnight, so there will be latency in the numbers updated on each loan account, which will be back to normal by the end of today & resume normal completion times by tomorrow 10/06/2019.

Scheduled - AutoPal is excited to announce significant system performance upgrades. These upgrades require that we do scheduled maintenance. AutoPal software will be offline during the system upgrade & general maintenance. This system upgrade will limit all access to the software for the maintenance window. Generally, AutoPal has zero downtime maintenance, however, this particular project will require the migration of some hardware & upgrade of databases, causing us to have a scheduled downtime.

We have scheduled this outage in the middle of the night to limit its impact on all of our customers.

Please follow this page for updates. The system will be fully offline during this upgrade, please plan accordingly.

Update - We have restored access to nearly all of our customers, however, there are several still impacted. For those impacted we sincerely apologize, our team is doing all that they can to restore access to your accounts.

Update - Update: Our team is diligently continuing to research the company access latency. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your continued patience.
We've isolated the issue to be when opening a company from a specific RDS. We are working with AWS directly to correct the single RDS.

We will continue until this is solved. We appreciate your patience.

Identified - We have identified an issue where some clients are limited in their access to AutoPal. We are working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to resolve the issue as its related to the databases that those accounts reside on in multiple regions.

We'll post updates on this thread as more information becomes available.
