Simnang COVID-19 Response

Our thoughts & prayers are with the families all around the world that have been directly impacted by illness resulting from COVID-19. We are also concerned about the many families and small businesses that are experiencing, or will experience, the direct economic impacts or ripple effects of this crisis.

We are very pleased to be a part of the Business Continuity Plan for our customers, by allowing their team members to transition seamlessly to remote work, while keeping their companies running as normally as possible.

All of our business operations will continue as usual, with fully operational support, account management, administration, and software development. Our team is well prepared with a tried and tested Crisis Management Policy and Disaster Recovery Plan, so customers should not see any impact to Simnang operations.

In an effort to protect our employees we have enacted the following policy changes.

Visitor Policy - We have suspended hosting any visitors to our office until further notice. All meetings will be conducted remotely, through available technology.

Business Travel - We have suspended all business air travel, and replaced any scheduled, in-person, vendor, client, or prospective client meetings with remote meetings.

Work From Home Policy - We have moved to a work from home policy for all team members until further notice. All Simnang operations will continue as normal without any disruption to Support, Software, or Operations. Our team will continue to offer all types of support email, ticket, screenshare, phone as well as continue with all normal operations.

We will continue to monitor the reports by both the WHO and CDC and make any needed adjustments in our policies as this situation develops.

We are grateful to have you as our Customer. We hope that you and those you love stay safe, both physically and economically throughout this epidemic.

Regards,

Rhett Roberts
